As a team we’re driven by our collective ambition to bring financial inclusion and positive impact to life. We do this by making impact investing easily accessible through our app, as well as providing a platform for people to engage with finance and learn about investing through our marketing, events and partnerships. This strategy will be supported by the launch of a new range of market leading impact ETFs.

We are looking for an experienced ETF Sales individual to be responsible for the effective distribution of our new impact ETF range in the UK and driving the flow of assets into the fund range. As a key member of a small ETF team, you will be integral to ensuring the success of our strategy.

You will be responsible for establishing and maintaining relationships with potential investors in the funds, ensuring that they have all the information required to support their investment thesis and decision.

Working for an early-stage business, will likely be a significant cultural change and you will be given significant responsibility to develop and execute our UK sales strategy. The right candidate will see this as an exciting opportunity to build something from scratch but, as the only initial dedicated member of our UK sales team, you must feel confident in your ability to operate autonomously.

The position reports to our Head of Investment and will be supported by the senior leadership team.

On a day-to-day basis, you’ll be responsible for:

  • Lead generation – identifying and developing relationships with potential investors across the UK
  • Market intelligence – building knowledge of the relevant target markets including investment platforms, IFAs, DFMs and larger wealth managers
  • Sales strategy – designing and executing a sales strategy to ensure that AUM targets for the funds are achieved, including reporting on KPIs to senior management and ultimately the Board
  • Relationship management – nurturing relationships with investors in the funds to ensure a loyal and long-term core AUM base.
  • Client requests – responding to client requests for information on the funds or investment processes including performance, fund positioning, competitor comparisons and capital markets access
  • Marketing materials – working with marketing teams to ensure that all marketing materials required are up to date, relevant and engaging
  • Reporting – ensuring that the funds are market leaders in reporting with a specific focus on impact reporting
  • Events – organising and attending roadshows to drive awareness of the funds and build market presence
  • Product knowledge – acquiring knowledge of the sustainable, and specifically impact, investing space including reporting and regulatory trends, financial market developments and the competitive landscape to support both customers and internal product development

We hire people who are committed to working harder and smarter than our competitors and who want to build a better future for themselves and others. We look for resilience, curiosity, and intention. For you to be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • 4+ years' experience in a fund sales role
  • An evident understanding of and passion for impact investing in public markets. You will need to be able to demonstrate a strong understanding of what’s important to our investor base and why.
  • A deep understanding of the market including IFAs, DFMs and the wealth management industry with an established network of contacts
  • The ability to work autonomously and take on responsibility

We pay competitive salaries and offer equity to all of our employees upon successful completion of their probation period. We offer 25 days holiday in addition to standard UK bank holidays, employee health insurance and online mental health support.

We are an equal opportunities employer and welcome applications from everyone regardless of orientation or background, providing you have relevant experience.
