ABOUT THE ROLE:

We’re looking for an experienced and driven Content Lead to own and deliver a multi-channel content marketing and communications strategy. You’ll have a proven track record of developing different mediums of brand content from the ground up and a passion for working in the worlds of finance or impact investing. 

You’ll lead the development and execution of a brand new content strategy designed to reinforce CIRCA5000’s position as the impact investment authority. Content will live inside and outside the product and across a number of owned channels. 

As Content Lead, you’ll help realise our impact goals by making sure we reach and engage with more people. You’ll spread CIRCA5000’s world-changing message and will inspire our existing and future users effectively.

You’ll report to our Head of Marketing and will work closely with a broad spectrum of internal and external stakeholders to help harness and engage a retail user base.

On a day-to-day basis, you’ll be responsible for:

 

• Building and deploying the content vision at CIRCA5000
• Owning the content calendar and all content channels
• Developing content themes and narratives that are engaging, progressive and reflect our brand values
• Constantly reviewing content metrics and effectiveness of campaigns/messaging to continuously explore ways of improving content marketing ROI
• Confidently and clearly briefing, coordinating and managing a team of content creators
• Managing a small internal team.
• Identifying new channels, techniques and technology to help improve the efficacy of the content
• Managing the content budget and spend

ABOUT YOU:

• Previous experience in producing brand content and building out a multi-channel content strategy
• Mastered content analysis, content management, content planning, and social media strategies.
• Preferably have good knowledge and a genuine interest in the finance and impact investment worlds.
• An eye for a great story or hook
• Technically savvy with a good understanding of content platforms and distribution channels
• Have great attention to detail and pride yourself on delivering quality output
• Analytical skills and a track record of dealing with numerical data.
• Experience working well in a fast-paced startup environment. You consider yourself a problem solver and a self-starter
