Let me tell you about the role we have available

If you join you’ll become a respected member of the marketing team, but you’ll work very closely with our engineering, development, design and product teams. The role itself is structured around leading the end-to-end creative direction of tickr both on and offline to ensure we have a distinct and consistent tone of voice in every space where we interact with our community.


On a day-to-day basis, you’ll be responsible for:

  • Designing the architecture of our visual brand identity
  • Managing and mentoring a team of designers & copywriters 
  • Implementing and supervising the department’s workflow (from briefing to delivery) in addition to producing a variety of assets to specific deadlines  
  • Lead brainstorming/creative sessions to generate the best ideas for campaigns 
  • Maintaining consistent brand messaging across all customer touch points by ensuring brand guidelines for visuals & tone of voice are adhered to

At CIRCA5000 we want you to thrive from day one, so it’s important for both of us that the fundamentals are in place. You’ll need to have experience in the following to be set up for success in this role.

  • You’ll need a strong portfolio that evidences visual design and storytelling with proven experience of delivering successful omni channel brand campaigns gained either in house or with an agency. This includes presenting and pitching to senior stakeholders
  • You must be able to evidence a clear understanding our target demographic; 30 something first time investors 
  • You should have a digital-first mindset and a strong understanding of social channels, mobile & content marketing
  • Experience managing & mentoring creative/content teams as well as implementing processes and driving thought leadership
